About Dr. Chaitra Shetty

Dr. Chaitra Shetty is a Maxillofacial Surgeon with advanced training in Head & Neck Oncology. She completed her fellowship in Lucknow and further trained at Tata Memorial Centre, ACTREC, Mumbai, gaining extensive experience in managing complex oral and head and neck cancers.

She has worked in leading oncology units at HCG and Chandan Corporate Hospital, with strong expertise in microvascular free-flap reconstruction and comprehensive oral cancer management. Her practice places a special focus on post-oncology oral rehabilitation, working closely with speech, swallow and implantology teams to restore function and quality of life.

Dr. Shetty also has specialised proficiency in oral implantology, including implantbased rehabilitation for fibula free-flap reconstructions and complex oral cancer defects. She is an active member of AOMSI and FHNO, and has contributed to multiple national and international research publications in the field.
