Beyond the conventional surgery of breast cancer: Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM), Dr. Tarang Patel, offers various breast preservation/ reconstruction surgeries for Breast cancer like breast Oncoplasty, breast reconstruction with local flaps, LD flap, and implants. De-escalation of axillary surgery like Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB)is performed with the latest and most precise dual dye: ICG+ methylene blue method. These recently introduced popular surgeries like Breast Oncoplasty& Sentinel Node Biopsy are now accepted worldwide as they are proven safe after very long follow-ups.
