I was very afraid when I was diagnosed with cancer. When I met Dr. Sanket Mehta, he was so positive. He explained everything to my mother, my husband and me, and gave me confidence that I would be a normal person as I was before. I really trusted him, even though I was afraid of the surgery. His team took a lot of care of me and made me comfortable throughout my recovery. Today, 10 to 11 years later, I am normal, I am working, I am doing everything. I am able to work almost 12 hours a day, and that is a big difference for me.

I felt so lost when I was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer, as I was told the options were very limited.
